HOCUT® 7770 is advanced, high lubricity, boron and formaldehyde-free emulsion technology giving very long sump-life.
- A special mineral oil-free, ester based additive package gives greatly enhanced machining performance compared to conventional products especially for automotive aluminium.
- Recommended for heavy duty machining of a wide range of materials including automotive aluminium alloys, high alloy steels and other difficult to machine alloys.
- High lubricity due to sophisticated package of synthetic esters and polar additives extend tool-life
- Very long sump-life due to emulsion technology that extends intervals between clean outs
- Very stable emulsion resulting in fewer additive treatments and lower usage costs
